Or email us on the Contact Us Page, with your Name, Phone Number or return email address and Post Code as well as your product selection details, we will contact you with a quotation. If Paying Via PayPal, QKB will send you a Delivery Quote After Payment or you can contact QKB for a Quote Prior to PayPal Payment.

Product Return Policy

1. We must be notified of a request to return a product within 7 days of purchase.
2. The only reason accepted for return is that the product/s are not suitable for intended purpose. That would include:

• Product being damaged on delivery.
• Product should be checked with delivery person before signing delivery acceptance.
• The product won't do what it was purchased for.
• Return shipping paid by customer, restocking fee of 20% applies.
