Please contact QKB for a delivery quote. Once you approve the delivery, a QKB staff member will send you an Invoice via email. If you require any further information or to arrange FREE collection, please contact our friendly staff members either via email admin@qkb.net.au or call 1300 752 753

Use the "Contact Us" page (or ring on the number at the top of the home page) to email your product selection, provide your name, your email address and your postcode for shipping quote. We will contact you on that day, or the first working day there after. You will be able to pay by direct transfer, EFTPOS or use PayPal on the web. (PayPal Customer will be sent a Delivery Quote) or COntact QKB Prior to PayPal Purchase.

To order or get quote for a flat pack kitchen, provide us with a kitchen plan. Measure the wall/s that the kitchen is attached to, i.e. Wall 1 under window 4.13m from corner to point where kitchen terminates, show window height from floor, distance from corner and width of window. Wall 2 distance from external corner 3.25m to internal corner or point where kitchen terminates. Show the proposed cabinets you require, starting with sink cabinet under window. We will produce a proper scaled drawing from your sketch and contact you for approval and door/bench/handle types. If 3 walls use same procedure for 3rd wall, if galley kitchen measure wall/s kitchen is attached to and show cabinets you want for both sides. Provide your Name, Email address, Postcode and phone number.

Product Return Policy 1.We must be notified of a request to return a product within 2 business days of purchase. 2.The only reason accepted for return is that the product/s are not suitable for intended purpose. That would include: �Product being damaged on delivery. �Product should be checked with delivery person before signing delivery acceptance. �The product won't do what it was purchased for. �Return shipping paid by customer, 20% restocking applies.
